Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms & conditions which are here to ensure safety and security for both myself as an artist, and you as the commissioner
- You must be over 18 to commission me
and have your own PayPal account- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason- You must have adequate reference sheet(s) or reference images, I cannot work from purely written descriptions, sorry- It is likely that I will share WIPs and the finished piece across my social media channels - if you prefer me not to, tell me at the start- If you post the art anywhere you must credit me as the artist and do not remove my watermark/signature- All payments are to be made via PayPal and up-front before work starts unless stated otherwise in the commission opening- Payments are to be made in Great British Pounds (£) - I can't accept any other currency. PayPal converts this for you though!- You can cancel the commission and receive a full refund as long as I haven't started the artwork (not applicable for YCHs or Adoptables)- Once I have started the art, refunds are not accepted unless I am unable to complete your commission within 6 months maximum. If this is the case, I will contact you and arrange the refund- Maximum turnaround time is up to 4-5 weeks for smaller commissions and 6-8 weeks for larger ones, although I usually work much faster than this!- There are no WIPs for smaller comms like headshots/icons/busts by default unless you ask for them before commissioning me- Small amendments after completion of a commission are fine and I will do free of charge (simple markings, piercings, etc.)- Large amendments after completion may incur a fee unless it's a mistake on my part (i.e. a marking I missed from the ref)- You are welcome to post the finished artwork on your social media channels, art galleries (furaffinity, deviantart, etc.), etc as long as you credit me as the artist- Tracing/redistributing/claiming ownership/selling merch of or making any profit from the artwork is strictly prohibited and I WILL take legal action if you are found to be doing so
